The challenge

Sage, a global provider of finance, HR, and payroll software for small and medium businesses, wanted to embed security awareness across its engineering organization and complex technology stack. It needed every engineer to feel confident and accountable for security rather than treating it as a specialist concern.

The solution

Sage built a Security Champion Network and used Pluralsight to deliver ongoing, role-relevant skills development to engineers across the business. The program gave teams a shared platform to learn, recommend courses, and build a common security culture globally.

We want everybody at Sage to understand that the culture at Sage is one where everybody is empowered and confident when it comes to security, no matter what role you're working in.
