Case Study: Entravision scales enablement and lifts quota attainment 42% with Allego
Key results
The challenge
Entravision stored 8,525 files in a shared Google Drive, of which only 430 had ever been viewed by sales and fewer than 78 viewed three or more times. Serving 25 markets and 60 industries risked the creation of some 1,500 monolithic pitch decks, and the team had no reliable way to measure content usage.
The solution
Entravision deployed Allego as a single pane of glass, using the Universal Content Connector to syndicate Google Drive content, Flex Docs to assemble decks dynamically by industry and market, Content Lookups for live data, and AI tools including AI Lesson Builder and AI role plays for training.
“A platform can inspire change, but by itself it doesn't change the broader system sellers operate in. The real value appears when the process around the platform is designed well.”

The results, in context
Weekly active Allego usage among U.S. account executives settled at around 87 percent. Markets in the top quartile of engagement recorded 42% higher quota attainment than bottom-quartile markets, slide upkeep fell 99.5% versus the Google Drive approach, and shared Flex Doc materials drew more than 2,600 external impressions. The correlation between digital-product sales and training ran about twice as strong as the correlation with content alone.
