The solution
The institute adopted Doppler to centralize secrets, using role-based access control and custom roles, the CLI, personal configs and config inheritance, and service tokens for CI/CD pipelines, alongside activity and access logs and integrations with Kubernetes, Docker Compose and Azure DevOps.
