Case Study: How Hilti plans to save over $260M by finding the right talent, faster
Key results
The challenge
Hilti, a global construction, energy and manufacturing company, set a goal to recruit 55,000 new employees by 2030 and needed to move from reactive hiring to proactively building talent pipelines. It required software that could serve global, regional, and local teams and communicate with candidates in their native languages.
The solution
Hilti adopted Beamery to build and nurture talent pools globally, resurface candidates from its applicant tracking system, and keep passive candidates engaged on an ongoing basis. The platform serves as a single point of information for the passive candidates Hilti is nurturing, with analytics used to identify which candidates and communications perform best.
“We really need to get serious about proactively pipelining talent. And Beamery is central to our strategy around that.”

The results, in context
Hilti reported an 8x higher conversion rate for candidates found using Beamery and that 20.9% of all offers came from candidates resurfaced from its ATS within the platform. The company projected savings of 240 million Swiss francs (about $264 million USD) resulting from cutting its time to hire by 30%.
