The challenge

Waitr, an on-demand restaurant delivery platform, ran manual and inconsistent recruiting across locations, with some markets using paper files and others spreadsheets. Without a centralized ATS, managing high-volume, high-turnover driver hiring was difficult.

The solution

Waitr implemented Breezy HR to automate the recruiting workflow, including stage-transition emails, a customized career portal via API, automated account creation in payroll and scheduling, background-check ordering and self-service interview scheduling.

When you account for the time saved on emailing, tracking, generating accounts, ordering background checks, and moving our training online it saves us ~2.5hrs.
